There is no catch. We are an automation agency and the chatbot is our way of showing how we work. We do not charge fees, limit features or lock you out after a trial period.
What happens to my customers' data?
Data is stored in line with GDPR. We do not sell it or share it with third parties. You have full control and can delete it at any time.
Will the chatbot replace my support team?
It will not replace them, but it will take the load off. The chatbot answers repetitive questions (delivery, returns, availability) while your team focuses on more complex cases and sales.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes. You sign up, enter your store address and the chatbot learns your products automatically. Then you paste a snippet of code on your site and you are done.
What if the chatbot gives a wrong answer?
