Terms of service

1. General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using the roition.com website (hereinafter: the Website), operated by Roition, based in Poland (hereinafter: the Service Provider). Using the Website means accepting these terms.

2. Definitions

Website: the website available at roition.com together with all its subpages.

User: any person using the Website.

Services: services provided by the Service Provider, including process audits, automation implementation, maintenance and the provision of free AI tools (Always Free Tools).

3. Scope of services

The Website lets you learn about the Service Provider's offer, get in touch through the contact form and use the free AI tools made available under the Always Free Tools programme. Detailed terms for paid services are agreed individually under separate contracts.

4. Always Free Tools

Tools made available under the Always Free Tools programme are free of charge and involve no financial obligations. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the functionality of the tools.

Registering for the Always Free Tools programme requires an e-mail address and means consent to receiving marketing communication from the Service Provider. The User may opt out of receiving messages at any time.

The Service Provider does not guarantee 24/7 availability of the tools and is not liable for technical downtime.

5. Contact form

Data sent through the contact form is used solely to respond to the enquiry. The data is not shared with third parties. Details on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content published on the Website, including texts, graphics, logos, icons and software, is the property of the Service Provider or its partners and is protected by copyright. Copying, distributing or using the content without the written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.

7. Liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the information on the Website current and correct, but accepts no liability for its completeness and accuracy.

The Service Provider is not liable for damage resulting from the use of the Website, including interruptions in operation, technical errors or loss of data, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to the terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to change these terms. Changes take effect when the updated terms are published on the Website.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Matters not covered by these terms are subject to the relevant provisions of Polish law.
