A 45-90 minute workshop where we map the processes to automate in detail, set priorities and agree the implementation schedule.
Implementation
We build and deploy the automations. We work in iterations, show progress and collect your comments. From quick deliveries (5 days) to complex systems.
Testing and go-live
We test the automations on real data, train your team and launch in production. We monitor the first days of operation.
Maintenance and optimisation
We monitor the automations and react to problems. Every quarter we prepare a results summary with a savings report and recommendations for further improvements.
