You pay us nothing: no subscription, no limits, no trial period. The chatbot runs on your own OpenAI key, so you pay OpenAI for usage, roughly $1 per 1,000 customer messages. All we ask is your consent to e-mails from us.

Really free? What's the catch?
You pay us nothing. The only cost is OpenAI: the chatbot runs on your own API key, so you pay them directly for usage. Roughly $1 per 1,000 customer messages on the recommended model; a $5 top-up is enough to start. No feature limits and no trial period.
Why do I need an OpenAI key and how do I get one?
The chatbot uses an OpenAI language model. With your own key the cost is transparent and goes straight to OpenAI, with no markup from us. You create a key in 2 minutes at platform.openai.com under API keys. The panel has step-by-step instructions.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes of your time. You sign up and enter three things: your store address, your product feed address and your OpenAI key. The chatbot loads your products and site content by itself (usually 1-5 minutes). Then you paste one snippet of code on your site.
What if I do not have a product feed?
The chatbot will learn from your site content, but without a feed it cannot show products with photo and price. Your store plugin creates the feed, the same one used for Google Merchant Center.
What if the chatbot gives a wrong answer?
It recommends only products from your feed and answers based on your site. When it does not know something, it says so. In the panel you see every conversation and the questions it could not answer.
What happens to my customers' data?
We store conversations on our server and you see them in the panel. We do not sell data or share it with anyone. Message text is sent to OpenAI so the chatbot can reply. Deleting the project deletes its conversations.
Can I switch it off whenever I want?
Yes, at any time. Remove the snippet from your site or delete the project in the panel. No notice period, no obligations.
