Before we implement anything, we check whether automation actually pays off for you. The audit is free and ends with a report with specific numbers. If the numbers do not add up, we say so plainly.
What you get
The audit ends with a report you can confidently show to your business partner or your boss. In it you will find:
- A map of your current processes, step by step.
- The places where the most time and money leak away.
- A return on investment calculation for each process separately.
- Recommendations in order: what to automate first, because it pays back fastest.
We prepare the report within 2-3 days of the call.
How we work out whether it pays off
We do not look at whether automation is cheap, but whether it pays back. We calculate it simply, on your own data. An example:
- 1A process takes the team 40 hours a month.
- 2An hour of work costs the company around PLN 100.
- 340 hours × PLN 100 × 12 months = PLN 48,000 a year.
- 4In a case like this, implementation costs a fraction of that amount, and the savings stay every year.
The rule: the implementation price is a fraction of what you save in a year. You pay a share of the benefit, not a fixed hourly rate.
What happens after the audit
You get the report and you decide. Nothing happens automatically and you are under no obligation.
